I haven't ran a mile in a while but I can do 8 minute mile while jogging.

Hey guys. So my usual routine is getting a bit stale so im hoping you guys can give me some input on some new exercises. Preferably targeting the same muscle group as its replacement. Heres the current lineup Im doing. I usually do 5 sets on each day, sometimes only 4.
Day 1
Decline pushups
Dumbell Row
Bicycle kicks
Woodchopper
Squats
Planks
Day 3
Tricep dips
Diamond pushups
Mountain Climbers
Butterflies
Kickbacks
Deadlifts
Day 5:
Tricep Extension
Dumbell Curl
Flutter Kicks
Scissor Kicks
Bridges
Unknown (liftup)
Im mainly looking for something to replace kickbacks, planks, woodchops and leg liftups but if you find alternatives to any other exercises that target similar muscles holla at me.

Have your legs at shoulder length. You get a dumbell and raise it up above one of your shoulders and then slowly transition it to reach the opposite lower leg. Works your abs.

Standing. I believe what youre thinking of is russian twists whre you move a dumbell from your left side to the right while sitting down.
With woodchops you reach past your knee while standing up

Try this on for size:
Toasted bread + peanut butter + slices of banana + a side of almond(vanilla) milk [unsweetened]
= breakfast of champions? Gives you a good boost though careful on the milk. Too much liquid is horrible pre workout

Im thinking about doing isolated workouts now. Tricep days, abs, etc. Not sure how effective all around is. Maybe I should do one primary workout targeting one group as normal and a secondary with only 1 exercise of low sets high reps. Just to not ignore some parts completely.
