Arcade Restore Projects

So a while back I told you guys I got a hold of 2 Arcade cabinets. Paid I think 200.00 for both. One Galaga and the other Ms.Pacman. Here is the work I've done to both machine.

I started to restore the Galaga but while sanding I learned it was originally a ms.pacman cabinet.

I decided to restore the Ms.Pacman Instead and just move the Galaga to the Round Up cabinet. I wired up the clusterfuck of wires and got the Galaga working in the other cabinet



Ended up selling the Galaga for $375.00. I removed all the paint on the ms pacman with Citristrip. I Patched all the broken/missing corners and edges with car bondo. Also painted one side of the cabinet but it got too cold for me to continue.

Well I still have to finish the ms pacman and I'm trying to get a pacman from someone. There is a chance I may get my hand on a warehouse or 2 full of Arcade,Pinball,jukebox and etc.

Bought 2 Nintendo Arcade Cabinets

$200 Donkey Kong converted to vs unisystem- vs super mario bros.
Similar to the nes super mario bros but some level changes and enemy placement are different

$125 The grey cab is a dedicated vs unisystem. No game in it atm but I plan to move mario over to it and restore the other cab back to Donkey Kong.

I also bought Marvel Super Heroes vs Street fighter. It had no monitor and the board was corroded beyond repair. I bought a raspberry Pi(small $35 linux computer) and programed it to run arcade games like Marvel vs camcom, xmen vs street fighter, street fighter alpha 1,2,&3, a few nes/snesgames, sega, and other classic armade game. Oh, I Used a tv for the monitor.



Bought a Virtua Fighter 1 cabinet aswell. The monitor wasn't any good and no game inside. So i bought tekken 3 and a rgb to vga converter(so I can use a old computer monitor as the game monitor). I Drilled some extra button holes and got everything up and running.
