Genin Exams come first, we haven't talked about RP.

what's being discussed in terms of the Genin exams so far?

Which quesions we shale use and etc etc. It's alot happening atm but Genin exams was the top priority atm.

How big the sig and avvy can be?

We were thinking 150 height and 760 length for sig, but there's nothing concrete yet.

You can feel free to go by the sites limit for avy size.

Getting an RP up and running again would be pretty awesome. the chuunin exams would be a little different though with people being busy, school and work, etc. and it basically requires us to have a lot of time on MSN

I don't know about a RP, if it was done now it wouldn't involve Jet since he can't write or edit long posts of text on the PS3. Also unsure if we'll use MSN much anymore, or make it a requirement at least. It'll still be an option, but it won't involve Jet on the MSN front.

If just you guys wanna run an RP yourselves I'm sure that would be fine though.

Its reworked like most things are being reworked. Its based on a point system now & allows more flexibility & difficulty. Ranks are gonna mean something now.

By 'most things' I meant other features not just the Genin exams btw.

As for the Genin exam itself- it is the same concept. 10 questions are asked, each question answered correctly being worth a point ranging from 1-3, dependent on difficulty. We stocked up a total of 50 questions,10 per category of questions you will be asked; & graded their worth accordingly. The proctors adhere certain rules as well. They must ask 10 questions, five 1 point questions, three 2 point questions, & two 3 point questions. Whether you pass or not is not revealed until the end of the exam. The max amount of points you can earn is 17 with all questions answered correctly. The most amount of points you can miss is 7, otherwise you fail & must wait three days before retrying.

There are still a few things left to polish but the Genin exams arent far off. You do need a certain amount of Forum Points to even be eligible for rank up however. This is indicated by the also reworked ranking system. 3 subranks for academy student, 4 for Genin, 5 for Chunin, etc. In essence you'd have to gain 3 subranks(Genius Rank) to be able to rank a whole Ninja Rank forward into Genin. The points you currently have are indicated under your name. We're not finished with everything yet, but just know there will be more ways to gain these points than just posting.
