one piece is always good. it really peaks after thriller bark. so 2 arcs for u.

if you watch it online u would be done them alot quicker then waiting every week

Chakras almost caught up with OP, thats crazy long. I need to get back on the cycle of reading manga myself. I used to do it all the time. Good thing SnK is sogud otherwise id slip back into not reading it, naruto and a lot of other manga for months again. I heard gantz finally ended last year too....gotta get back in the saddle. But dont watch that anime adaption, nono.

There are 3 problems with that.
1. Reading from a script doesnt sound as natural as regular conversation
2. His state of mind would have affected his speech somewhat.
3. If he was told his friend in the MP was far away then told to read from a script...isnt your first thought; oh this is obviously being used to trick him. It should be.

Finally I have caught up with SnK! Chapter 60 met. Lots of good stuff has been building, ive enjoyed it the whole way through. Can't wait to see the latter half adapted. Oh just in time for the toonami airing.

How do you guys deal with the manga/anime split? Would you ever go back to read a series you have already watched? Im sure ive done it, but im not so sure how many id go back for after watching...at least not until I have enough time to let the scenes pass

From what ive read of Tokyo ghoul(wikipediad the plot) it sounds absolutely amazing the way everything was planned and foreshadowed from beginning to end. As long as it isnt shit like the anime and actually has personalities develop...it might actually be a good read. Damn cannibals.

I finished gantz finally after all these years and the ending(and entire final arc) was pure crap. Man....im just now remembering how great the series used to be. It actually felt like horror(granted without being scary) The huge temple demons, the vampires ohhh the vampires were menacing AF, the devil looking demon, sakurais telekinetic powers. I had forgotten how much I liked the series when I started reading...it was pure indulgence, cynical and devil-may-care. But it was good, always left me wondering the purpose behind it all. Well turns out its just aliens invading because superior etc......poop.

Im currently reading the 3rd new series jump is introducing.

So far the first "judos" was the best best of the 3.(judo manga)
