Yeah they pretty much all suck, the only one that gives you a profit is the Sonar Collections Dock.

The tow company and scrap yard actually gives u nothing unless u do the jobs yourself....because buying the property means you cant hire ppl. You know what it is? Its Republicans limiting work hrs to prevent giving workers health care!

Nah, this is Obama's socialism at work making it so the rich have to pull their own weight and then some. It's outrageous!

Re: GTA:V Discussion thread
Just finished the game. Gotta say the ending did seem anti climactic for a gta game just kinda fizzled out by the end. While I didnt think the story was as dramatic as gta4s or san andreas the actual game is fun and introduced some cool concepts. It was definitely addicting and I wouldnt mind replaying it. I liked the protagonist trio(well not trevor so much but I did like him for humor purposes and appreciate his....uniqueness) and the setup of how they all met. Theworld though with the amount of depth is amazing. It seems like every npc is doing something unique inside of an exquisitely crafted environment. Overall a shitton of fun, ive been playing it for weeks now. Definitely a step up from gta4 even though I still feel san andreas offered more of a playhouse paradise. We havent even touched online yet either. I really am hoping its extremely good given how some things werent as fleshed out in the SP in some areas as I thought theyd be. Im guessing its because the MP is gonna be amazing! Youve done good R*

I find it hard to decide if I like GTAV or SA more. Like I liked the missions, and story in SA more, but V has amazing graphics, world, gameplay, and physics. SA was really fun, but technically V is superior.

Re: GTA:V Discussion thread
Lol well thats no surprise SA was on ps2 and came out years ago. I think we can now have these type of expectations in terms of world, graphics and the like from future gta games. But the story was almost non existant for V, I never felt there was a clear antagonist. At first I thought they were gonna do something with madrazzo but that went nowhere, the Chinese were absent for a lot of the game and stretch was there for like 3 missions yet made it into the last mission? Just compare the last mission here to taking out big smoke, the firetruck scene ending back in the hood with tenpenny dying. Personally I think theres no comparison. As impressive as these technical aspects look I cant give it the edge on story or side characters, which I feel are more important. There were even some gameplay options id want back, or refined in V. Its still a damn good game though and theyve won me back after IV, but I cant help but feel they went in the complete opposite side of the spectrum with V after the criticisms on its predecessor.

Re: GTA:V Discussion thread
story wasnt as deep as 4 and SA.
they did a great job with what they wanted in terms of how the story would play out.
i just wish they let missions introduced stock and owning property more weapon upgrade requirements, car mods. im surprised there arent much racing missions i thought that would be a given.
they really wanted players to discover these things on there own but im too lazy lol.
what ending u guys pick?

Re: GTA:V Discussion thread
I really dont think its fair how some people get to play for hours day one and then there are some with no play time at all. They didnt prepare with the 2 weeks when they saw their game broke world selling records not just in games but all entertainment? The very least they could have done is impose a 1hr time limit of play time for x amount of hours so we can rotate spots between players. If this takes another two weeks...

Re: GTA:V Discussion thread
Beat the game and chose the "suicide" ending which is by far the best of the three from what I've heard.
Overall I loved the game. Wasn't quite the special experience that San Andreas was but that's probably just nostalgia as I found V to be BY FAR the most technically sound game in the series.
Also Lone messaged me about an NF clan for the online is that still going?

Also agree with you Jet (can't quote on my phone lol) about the endings. They don't really give you much incentive to pick any other ending except C and all three protags are likable enough that i wanted them all to survive(Michael being the least IMO).
