Well that's why you gotta have more veggies and less fruit. Too much fruit (most noticeably orange, lemon, and lime due to their citric acid) can make the drink acidic and make it harder to fast with. More veggies can help flush out the crap in your body, and you can give your digestive system a break while giving your body nutrients.

I wouldn't suggest fasting to someone who doesn't have fat to lose though. Like I don't think fasting would help chakra considering his condition. I also am not sure how long someone should go based on their current weight and health. Some people can fast for months with no problems, but some can't.
