Really the system doesn't seem set up very well overall, I don't blame Eri for this.

What specifically do you refer to? The experience system?

Hmm perhaps also a hp remaining exp system like the old sparring added in addition to what i detailed to you lone would help as well. But instead it would award extra exp to the loser depending on opponents remaining hp. Have to be careful not to make the winner and loser exp be too close however. There's a reason there's a loser

not being biased with my opinion here but i like how u had it planned thou. the higher the rank within that level the more exp. it would be veryyyyy difficult to see a rank 0-3 beat a rank 7 and if it happened to see it happen twice. To be able to win luck would be on your side.

Although the biggest concern is what if someone put all there stats in strength in the beginning....as an academy student u would be tooo HAXED...this person would take out everyone in higher ranks and keep feeding there strength seeing how SPD doesnt matter in academy... by the time there genin it would be dumb... or even if they put like 5 more strength and 5 SPD ... it loses its balance...all stats have to be important from the beginning to properly balance stats.
