Well duh, but I still think he'll die in the process...
I mean, unless the current generation of Kages are replaced (except for Gaara and maybe the Mizukage that looks young) I don't see Sasuke going back to the village without other countries objecting taking into account the boy murdered a bunch of Samurai and attacked the Kages...

Well being how naruto has progress and learn a bunch of names, I bet his Talk No Jutsu has bastly improved. But I do believe that his best redemption is death.

No... he was actually quite in the clear until he murdered the Samurai in the Kage summit. Even Orochimaru remarked that he refused to kill the opponents he used for training.
Unless Mifune decides to drop all charges I don't see him getting out of it easily.
I think it will all go down Majin Vegeta style...
He beats Naruto and then decides to take on the villain by himself only to be killed.

So Sasuke uses Anko's corpse to somehow speak to Orochimaru so we can hear the same story we have heard from Tobi and from Itachi himself only with minor new details...
