of course, but that doesn't mean it's "smart" to grab it off the street. As I said, it shows just what they'd do to get what they want. It's the bad side effect of it. thy would want it so bad they take whatever they can find. Just cause you find it just off the street or off the road somewhere, doesn't make it safe. That's an easy lesson in logic. It may not be purchasable, but they'd do whatever it takes to get it.
