I watch anime here and there (usually when I do start a series I often marathon it when I have time to do said activities) in Eyeshield case I watched the entire series in basically a month time. It's weird because I STILL haven't finished Attack on Titans but watched all of Eyeshield (which is a anime I used to take a break from AOT backwards I know but eh it happened) and I do plan on reading the manga where the Anime left off because I really did enjoy that series.

I don't think so... some parts more then others I think those with a American influence will dress up and maybe some decorations at the most only because we are here and they wanna be cool and shit. But they don't go door to door and give out candy and things like that.
