Anyways, it would explain why the Juubi is made of Natural Energy and I'm guessing Chakra works like energy, it cannot be created or destroyed which explains why Tailed beasts cannot die.

The plot hole I'm thinking about is how the hell is Sarutobi still active? I thought Juubito's attack would make it impossible for him to regenerate...

No, I remember Tobirama saying it won't regenerate and that Minato and he will have to be extra careful now because Tobi could literally Kill them again... completely.

I wouldn't say Really good, but I like it how we are finally reaching the story of the origin of ninjutsu and chakra manipulation in general
Happens that after all this years I was right, the way this manga is gonna end is naruto will somehow obtain all the chakra in the planet, give it back to the plant, and die in the process, hidden villages won't need to exist because everyone will be just normal people without any jutsu at all and the world will have a complete reboot, so naruto will not reach his goal of been a hokage but will save the world and be remembered for it, sucky part is the story will be told by either Konohamaru or Sasuke
the story of the Gutsy ninja...

naww ...everyone was at war even before chakra was around... i have a feeling chakra will be gon from the story but thats too cliche for me. naruto will survive and the story will be told by jirayia for all the kids.

it has been explained for a while now, the zetsu are clones of hashirama using his cells and the plant to make them, white zetsu is just a lesser clone of hashirama and the black zetsu is the same clone but infused with Madara's chakra and will so it retained all the knowledge and memories of madara who inteded to be resurrected with other jutsu different from the Edo Tensei in which Obito was supposed to die, reason why Madara said to Obito when he was recovering he would repay him the favor of keeping him alive one day...Eri wrote:btw now they have the eve part of the story i wonder if there will be a cain and able..? that would be interesting.
